This past month, we set our sights on success! Although, if we're being honest, that's something we set our sights on every month. 😏

In the spotlight 🌟
Jostle recently teamed up with HR Dive to release the ebook Moving beyond engagement: Why HR leaders are building a culture of success.
This guide delves into the topic of employee engagement and how it's still a problem that needs solving (despite the billions of dollars spent on boosting it, employee engagement is at its lowest rate in a decade).
Jostle has long-believed it's time for a new approach to this problem—one that goes beyond just engagement and focuses also on what we want to accomplish for our employees—helping them be successful at what they do. Jostle and HR Dive dig deeper into the details of this topic in the guide, which you can check out for yourself right now! It's currently available on our website as a free, downloadable PDF.
On the platform 💻
While communicating with our colleagues is a breeze with Jostle's Discussions feature, we all know that there are some situations that are better served by sending an email. But what you may not know is that Jostle has got you covered there, as well. All thanks to a couple of little-known features in Teams!
When viewing a chart in Teams, if you click on its banner and select Send Email you can quickly create a mailing list for any or all of the people on that chart.
Alternatively, there's the Email Org Units option found in the action bar at the top Teams, which allows you to target emails to one, some, or all of the Org Units within your organization.
QUICK TIP
Keep things tight and organized in your platform by assigning only a few System Admins. The ideal count for most small-to-medium/large-sized orgs should be around 2-5 System Admins.
