Demand Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our team. You’ll be a key contributor to helping us generate new business, and our lead generation and pipeline-nurture efforts are yours to own.

This is a remote role open to candidates across Canada, with a preference to candidates in Metro Vancouver. You’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team, with the opportunity to work primarily from home.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the entire lead funnel from MQL to SQL, focusing on volume, conversion rates, and pipeline quality.
- Design and execute segmented nurture programs (email, retargeting, etc.) to educate leads who are not yet sales-ready, and to accelerate current sales opportunities.
- Write high-converting copy for campaigns, including landing pages, email nurture sequences, headlines, etc., ensuring tone and messaging align with pain points and our overall brand.
- Own, manage, and optimize the budget across all paid channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc) to hit CPA goals.
- Own customer advocacy programs, mobilizing our customers to drive business growth.
- Identify and develop content that converts leads and supports our sales team, such as ROI calculators, teardowns, webinars, and benchmarking reports.
- Analyze campaign results to improve the performance of our demand generation efforts.
- Contribute ideas and critique as we work as an extended team to accelerate revenue growth.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing (content, lifecycle, digital, demand gen, or similar), ideally in a B2B environment (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal. You know how to organize your thoughts and can get ideas across effectively to busy people.
- You understand the buyer journey and how to weave it into a story. You’re able to write basic copy (landing pages, emails, headlines, ads) without a content team.
- Experience managing paid budgets and bid strategies across paid search and social.
- Project management skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with marketing and sales automation tools to build campaigns and analyze results.
- Legally able to work in Canada.
Nice-to-haves:
- Previous remote working experience
- Product-led growth experience
- Experience in front of the camera (or willingness to learn)
- Experience running webinars or other virtual events
- Prior experience with Account-Based Marketing
