There’s a lot to be said about face-to-face interactions at work. We all need our async tools (you may have heard of one called Jostle), but building our connections in the real world is important, too. There is nothing quite like a conversation that includes all the human things – like eye contact, laughter, and avoiding eye contact when you’re laughing too hard.
We can’t quite get face-to-face in an email like this one, but I hope you’ll face the theme of this edition of the Voice with fond eyes.

Profile cards have gotten a “face-lift”
Trying to put a face to the name? People view’s latest improvements make it easy to see all the important information about your colleagues.
Each profile card now emphasizes key details, like job title and badges. And, when you sort people by any field (like birthday shown below), that information is displayed for each user in the top right corner of the card.
This upgrade is part of an ongoing project to improve the People view. It sets the stage for future improvements, including new ways to sort and filter, so you can keep a better pulse on what’s going on at your organization.
