Quick-Start Video Guides
For a while now, over in our Support Center, we've had a series of intro videos that provide a great way to acclimate new users to the Jostle platform. However, years of new features, updates, and logo changes have made these videos very outdated. Until now, that is - because we're relaunching the Support Center's Quick-Start Videos!
Our new, updated video guides will be revealed throughout the summer, and we're starting right now. First up, new users can configure their platforms with help from our Setting your Preferences video (shown above) and then take quick tour of all that can be found in our platform's Library. More to come next month!

Okta User Provisioning
Good news for orgs that use Okta for user provisioning with Jostle! Okta's latest update has enabled a number of additional attributes for use when mapping data to Jostle. In other words, you can now push more of your users' data from Okta to Jostle.
To take advantage of these new attributes, you'll need to update your app, so head over to this article in our Support Center for info on Okta's Application Update (2023) as well as a breakdown of all the additional fields of data that are now available.
QUICK TIP
When reviewing someone's Profile, if you go to the Roles tab and click on any of their listed roles, you'll be shown where they appear in your org's structure (Teams-enabled platforms only).
