System Admin Webinars

Back in April, we held our first System Admin 101 webinar, with the aim of helping new and veteran System Admins better use and understand their Jostle platforms. And while it was always our plan to make this a recurring webinar series, we've decided to change things up a bit.

Based on feedback we received, we will now be presenting our System Admin content over two separate webinars. This will not only allow us to delve deeper into the topics covered, but also open up more time to field questions from viewers.

The webinars are open to all System Admins, whether you're a new SA who missed the first webinar, or a previous attendee who just wants a little refresher! Webinar  details and registration are as follows:

System Admin 101 will focus on Administration Settings

System Admin 102 dives into the different Jostle views (News, Discussions, etc.) and the relative permissions that go along with them.

Library improvements

Frequent Library users may have already discovered the improvements that recently rolled out for that view, including an increased transparency on permission-based actions and menus and info panels that are much more intuitive for users.
